WORKSHOP ALERT
Hi Everyone :)
I wanted to share some good news with you.
I’ve teamed up with my friend and artist Sara Wiseman for a really interesting two-hour workshop to explore and revitalise your creative self. We are bringing Yoga Nidra and art together to unlock the wisdom and creativity that exist in the space between wakefulness and sleep.

SEPTEMBER NIDRA
Shifting seasons. Although nature effortlessly flows from one season to another, it can be difficult for us to adjust to the change. We might feel as if our balance has been disrupted. Feeling a bit tired and achy, losing more hair than usual and being a little bit blue or moody are all normal occurrences during this seasonal change.
There are different things we could do to aid our body, mind and spirit to shift from Late Summer into Autumn. Yoga Nidra is definitely a great way to help us attune to the rhythms of nature.

NIDRA FOR SLEEP IS BACK
After all your lovely feedback, I have decided to make the Yoga Nidra for Sleep a monthly occurrence. I'd like to set a date for the last Wednesday of every month, but it might change, depending on my commitments. I'll make sure to keep you posted.
This month's nidra is entitled 'Breath of the Forest' and it's truly magic. I personally love it and I'm really excited to share it with you all. It is a very grounding and relaxing nidra set in a beautiful forest... at night... by the fire... but I'm not going to disclose any more details! You'll have to join to find out ;)
While my intention is to make this free for everyone, if you feel so inclined and it is within your means, donations are very welcome and will support the continuation of this offering.
