Greetings from the Italian Alps!
I hope you are all well and gently transitioning into the new season.
The weather has definitely changed here. I woke up this morning and the tops of the mountains around me were all white. The woods are changing colour and there's a bit of a chill in the air. I had to light up a fire last night after dinner :)
Although nature effortlessly flows from one season to another, it can be difficult for us to adjust to the change. We might feel as if our balance has been disrupted. Feeling a bit tired and achy, losing more hair than usual and being a little bit blue or moody are all normal occurrences during this seasonal change.
There are different things we could do to aid our body, mind and spirit to shift from Late Summer into Autumn. Yoga Nidra is definitely a great way to help us attune to the rhythms of nature.
I invite you all to join me this coming Wednesday, 28th of September for our monthly Yoga Nidra for Sleep session. The practice will be on Zoom as usual, at 9:30pm (UK time).
Please let me know if you'd like to take part and I will send you the Zoom link, just like last month. Feel free to invite and involve anyone that might benefit from this practice. The more the merrier :)
