Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a very powerful yet effortless form of guided meditation. It is accessible to all and it is easy to follow at all ages. All you need to do is lie down and let be guided through the layers of consciousness into a dream-like state. It is like resting at the edge of sleep without falling asleep.

Continued practice of Yoga Nidra has various benefits. It calms the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health and it helps improve your sleep routines, making it easier to fall asleep and enjoy a full night of restful, deep sleep.

During this 30min practice I will guide you systematically inwards, through a voyage of exploration, self-discovery and deep relaxation. The best thing about Nidra for sleep is that you can make yourself comfortable in your own bed and gently doze off. There is no right or wrong way to practice, just be open to the experience.
