Following the great success of last year, my friend Aristea and I are heading back to Kythira this coming September. We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting our second retreat together at the beautiful Hotel Porto Delfino from 6th to 12th of September.
We can't wait to welcome you and guide you through yoga, qigong and meditation practice. We will explore pristine beaches, go for hikes and enjoy all the amazing sights and flavours Kythira has to offer.
