A couple of weeks have already passed since I've been back from Kythira. It was my first time in Greece and also my first time leading a retreat. Luckily I wasn't alone. I'm very grateful to my friend Aristea for introducing me to her beautiful country and to the island of Kythira. Our venue was perfect, even better than any pictures I had seen or posted before going. The people, the food, the view, the shala, everything was absolutely amazing. Everyone in our group was lovely and we all had a great time practicing yoga, qigong and exploring incredibly beautiful beaches. I loved swimming in the crystal clear sea and relaxing in the sun. As a first time it has been awesome and I'm not sure that such an experience could be repeated. However, Aristea and I feel positive and have already asked Porto Delfino to reserve some time for us in September 2024. We will be announcing the new dates very soon. In the meantime, I'd like to thank everyone that was part of this wonderful retreat. It wouldn't have been the same without each and every single one of you. Big love to all!
